COMMUNICATION TEAM OF FACULTY OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
(SBA COMMUNICATIONS)
1. Introduction :
-Date of establishment: November 21th, 2016
At first, the team consisted of only 6 members and 3 main boards:
- Executive Committee
- Technical Committee
- Content Committee
Currently the team is gradually developing its organizational structure with 6 boards working together to bring useful innovative products to the students.
2. Outstanding achievements:
Supporting media, organizing events and building a bridge between the Union - society, clubs, transmitting information and important events to the students.
- In 2016
- Supported media for BA train tour
- Participated and supported media for Spring Volunteer Campaign
- In 2017
- Supported media for Faculty soccer tournament
- Organized a preliminary summary of Faculty activities
- Participated and supported media for Green Summer Volunteer Campaign
- Participated enrollment activities including Enrollment day and 24 - hour experience
- In 2018
- Supported media for BA train tour
- Supported media and trained staff for unions and associations
- Supported media and organized a fair to mark 12 years of the Faculty establishment
- Supported media for Faculty soccer tournament
- Supported media for Faculty’s activities such as CMO, arts festival, etc.
- Participated and supported media for Spring Volunteer Campaign
- Participated enrollment activities including Enrollment day and 24 - hour experience

Become a pioneer team in providing information and promote the image of the Faculty to more students.
b. Missions :
Promote communication support and update information of the Faculty quickly and efficiently.
- Towards establish a dynamic, professional team that is knowledgeable of the Faculty as well as Admissions
- Oriented training professional skills for each committee and soft skills for members.
c. Operating principles:

3. Information:
- Place and time: Regular meeting at shift 4 on the first Sunday of each month

4. How to register:
Team recruits members in September and collaborators in February
- The recruitment consists of 4 rounds:
- Round 1: Fill out the online form
- Round 2: Take a capacity assessment test
- Round 3: Direct interview
- Round 4: Probation for 2 months
- Collaborator recruitments consists of 2 rounds: fill out the online form and direct interview
