INTRODUCTION TO STARUP CLUB TON DUC THANG UNIVERSITY

1. Introduction:

- Official name: Start-up club of Ton Duc Thang University.

- Short name: Start-up club.

- Tên tiếng Anh: Start-up Club of Ton Duc Thang University

- Short name in English: SC TDTU

- Founding date: 14 July 2017

- Vision:

a. Creating a "start-up environment" - a place where creativity and start-up is born in a new generation of young people at Ton Duc Thang University, contributing to the mission of the university "for to human development as well as the development of Vietnam to be prosperous, stable and sustainable”.

b. Creating a learning exchange environment among students, alumni students from Ton Duc Thang University and other ones in Vietnam.

- Mission:

a. Raising awareness, the spirit of starting a business; systematically linking the alumni community and students aspiring to start a business, get rich, have the giving spirit to the society

b. Being a bridge between alumni and students having access to business practices, organizations and units to experience, learn.

c. Making a call for investment ideas, research initiatives, creating new businesses, bringing values to serve people and society

a. Exchange information on science - technology, production and business and related fields to perform functions and duties of the club.

b. Organize workshops, start-up contests, start-up training sessions to support members - students of Ton Duc Thang University. Cooperative organizations calling for investment capital from enterprises, agencies, units, organizations, start-up funds, enterprises of alumni students having started a successful business.

c. Deliver trainings, start-up practice, develop ideas, topics, initiatives to create successful start-up ideas, create new values to serve people and society.
