THE RECEPTIONIST TEAM OF TON DUC THANG UNIVERSITY

1. Introduction:

With the precursor as The Receptionist Team of the Faculty of Business Administration, the Receptionist Team of Ton Duc Thang University was established on November 1st, 2013 with the vision of becoming a leading provider of professional and standard-based hospitality, for the events of Ton Duc Thang University. This brings beautiful images and introduces student culture of Ton Duc Thang University to guests domestically and internationally.

  • Mission: Building and developing The Team by gathering members who meet the requirements of skills, appearance, knowledge and ability to work in order to create a professional team to meet the requirements of the university.
  • Create conditions for members to participate in social activities, team activities, to improve team spirit and solidarity.
  • It is a place for students to practice soft skills, exchange, learn and improve themselves.
  • Culture: The true - The good - The beautiful 
  • The true: To the Receptionist Team “The true” is the own culture and character, “The true” is being honest.  
  •  The good: It is the good that makes people to know tolerance, forgiveness and understanding, protection, and solidarity. Thanks to that, everyone in the Team will always help, and be friendly with each other in work and study, building the team to be stronger.
  • The beautiful: The beauty of the body, the shape must be attached in parallel with the beauty of virtue and character. The Receptionist Team always appreciates and respects "beauty" because anyone of us always tends and demand for beauty.
  • Achievements in recent years: a leading provider of professional and standard-based hospitality, for the events of Ton Duc Thang University. The Team is honored to have contributed to the university's activities for many consecutive years.

3. How to apply:

Each academic year, The Receptionist Team will have a unique enrollment between September to October. Students who love the reception job can register directly via the registration link, posted on The Fanpage of the Team. The information on the Fanpage will be updated regularly.

Candidates have to go through three rounds of interviews as well as practice. The excellent candidates, who fit the team’s criteria, will become the members of the Receptionist Team.
