Announcement for updating student information for the second term, the academic year 2021 - 2022

Dear Students,

In order to ensure the accuracy of student information to serve the printing of diplomas and certificates, the Student Affairs Department informs students to check and update student information (if any) in semester 2, the Academic year 2021 - 2022 with the following specific contents:

     Step 1: Log in to the student information system;

     Step 2: Select "Student Affairs" -> "Student information";

     Step 3: Check all student information data;

     Step 4: Make changes to the contact address information (Address in Ho Chi Minh City and your mobile phone number (if any);

     Step 5: If there are any errors or corrections in the remaining information, students should email an update to the Student Affairs Department (A.0003) via the email address: Phongctct-hssv@tdtu.edu.vn (with proof).

Implementation period: from April 7, 2022 - to April 17, 2022.

It is recommended that all students check and enter student information thoroughly and accurately as this data will be used to print diplomas and certificates. The school will not award diplomas or other certificates if there is a discrepancy in student profile data that has been publicly updated on the system. Students are responsible for the information they have declared and updated.

Note: In the process of studying and practicing at school; students promptly contact the Student Affairs Department (A.0003) via email in case there is a change in student information.
