Lecturers and students of Cornell University, USA visited, studied and exchanged culture at Faculty of Labor Relations and Trade Unions.

From January 3 to January 16, 2020, Cornell University's delegation of lecturers and students includes 01 Associate Dean for Finance, Administration and Corporate Relations in the ILR School, 02 Lecturers, 02 Teaching assistant and 06 students visited, studied and exchanged culture at Faculty of Labor Relations and Trade Unions. 
During 2 weeks studying in Ton Duc Thang University, students from Cornell University and students in Faculty of Labor Relations and Trade Unions participated many activities in class about labor relations and human resources management (HRM); joined seminars about the revised Vietnam’s Labor law, collective bargaining agreements (CBA); practiced on mediation and negotiation and actively participated in Debate and argument courses which following Cornell University’s debate format. 
Besides, the delegation visited IKEA Vietnam company to learns about social responsibility activities of the company.
At weekend, students explored the Vietnamese culture following many activities through visting sightseeings and museum in Ho Chi Minh City and travelling to Mekong Delta. 
This is an annual activity that the Faculty of Labor Relations and Trade Unions signed a cooperation agreement with Cornell University.
