Seminar "Love and happiness every day" in "Civic - Student Activities Week" TDTU school year 2023 - 2024
From August 21 - August 26, 2023, within the framework of "Citizen - Student Activities Week" at the beginning of the new school year, 2023 - 2024, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) organized a specialized event topic "Love and happiness every day" with information shared from the program's presenter, Founder, Professional Director of Sun & Moon Language and Skills Academy, MC Thanh Thao.
At the sharing session, the presenter - MC Thanh Thao said that each person has a different definition of "happiness", according to the presenter, happiness is a life attitude that you choose and practice every day, not the destination or the result, if you are trying to be happy then you are not really a happy person.
To live happily and lovingly every day, consistently healthyizing a student's life is important. A focus on positive habits can help students experience joy and love in everyday life.
First, smile more and reduce negative thoughts. Laughing can stimulate the brain to secrete endorphins, substances that increase feelings of happiness. At the same time, try to reduce or eliminate negative thoughts and emotions such as hatred, jealousy or resentment. Instead, think positively and love your friends, teachers, and relatives in everyday life.
Second, build good physical health by ensuring you get enough sleep, eat a balanced diet with essential nutrients, and exercise regularly. Such healthy habits will help you have full energy, good mood and appreciate life.
Third, have a hobby and build a habit of cleaning your soul. Every day, set aside time for activities that you love and that bring joy. At the same time, don't forget to declutter your soul by keeping a diary, doing creative activities like blogging, painting or even participating in spiritual talks. These habits will help students reduce stress and create balance in life.
Fourth, balance social connection and quiet when needed. Make sure you have time and balance time for family, friends and the surrounding community. However, sometimes it's important to find a quiet moment to enjoy alone. Listening to your inner desires and feeling peaceful things will help you create mental balance and more peaceful interactions.
Finally, turn off your technology and reflect. In the age of technology, being easily and constantly connected to the world around us can take away the focus and tranquility needed to feel happy and loved. Try to turn off your cell phone and computer and spend a little time during the day to reflect, focus on your presence and enjoy the moments with the relationships around you now.
