Introduction: TDTU BAND
Introduction, purpose and principle of operation
* TDT BAND – was set up and operated from 06/09/2015, directly under the Department of Student affairs.
* Objectives: Contributing to the common goal of the club is to build and develop a healthy cultural and artistic movement of students. The TDT band was founded as a necessity of that goal in order to select students who have passion for music and the ability to play instruments well. Apart from purely recreational activities, The TDT band is dedicated the professionalism both to the specialism and the working attitude of its members in order to better support both internal and external activities and programs.
* Principle of operation
- Respect the collective, strictly adhere to group rules
- Build up a good ethical team, solid professional music, professional in attitude of operation
- Establish relationships and connect with other team members in the university
- Put the interests and common goals of the group on the top, contributing to the construction and development of the music movement of the University

a. LEADER: Nguyễn Huỳnh Anh
- Be responsible for key management, managing all band activities, making decisions, planning directions for the group, and overall goal.
- Receive the program from the BCN and have the task of implementing programs, plans of the BAND
- Supervise the work of the team members; solve problems in the group, if not, report to the BCN
- Propose to the BCN the plans, activities of the group
- Operate the group in accordance with the general principles, the general regulations, the group culture has been agreed
b. DEPUTY GROUP: Nguyễn Ngọc Đình Duy
- Assist the team leader to monitor the group activities
- Receive authorization from the team leader to handle the work within the BAND
- Monitor and verify the level of accomplishment of the objectives set by the Board and the BAND
- Advise the team leader on plans, directions and solving problems.
c. SECRETARY: Xuân Uyên
- Representation of group exchanges, diplomacy with other groups.
- Develop the content and organize the programs, events, and all group activities.
- Get and search for events for the group.
- Manage and transfer personnel for programs the team participates. For members to sign up for the calendar
- Manage, and assess the level of program participation, events of the members.
- Manage group members' events, meetings and minutes of meetings to draw experience of each participant after each program.
d. TREASURER: Võ Đặng Hạ Vy
- Store group's data books
- Report monthly expenses for the group leader
- Summarize the monthly reports for the team leader
- Summarize group activity data after 1 year
- Remind tasks, deadlines
- Schedule a meeting for the band. Weekly, schedule the week for the group to follow up
e. HOST PROGRAMS
- Manage and transfer personnel for the programs team participates. For members to sign up for the calendar
- Manage, and assess the level of program participation, events of the members.
