TON DUC THANG UNIVERSITY MC (TDTU MC)
1. Introduction:
1.1 Vision:
Become an organization including people who are passionate and enthusiastic about the show host and convey the inspirational, meaningful message and bring the image of TDTU students to society.
1.2 Mission:
- Pioneering in modeling in the field of Master of Ceremonies (MC).
- Being the key human resource for events of the club and connecting among TDTU students Ton Duc Thang in particular and the other partner universities in general.
- Creating the professionalism, influence and receiving people’s trust.
- Bringing the brand name of TDTU MC to the public.

+ Members must have enthusiasm and passion for show host, so the club is the place where you can enjoy this passion.
+ Raising the passion for becoming a MC for those who do not have passion for this job.
- Dedication:
+ Each individual when participating in the club always show the spirit of dedication: the talent and effort so that they can help the club fulfill its mission.
+ Each individuals have to place the interests of the team above their personal interests and be eager to contribute their energies to accomplish the club's overall goal.
- Development:
+ Each individual must have the spirit of learning, improving themselves to improve their professional knowledge; the spirit of innovation in order to help the organization develop.
- Profession:
+ Each member express their own style and working style, show the adjustment, efficiency, and prestige in their work.
+ Always keep a good image of the club in the events through good attitude, behavior and communication.

+ Respect the principles, rules, regulations and values of the Club.
+ Each member must respect each other. Everyone in the Club has the right to contribute ideas, be equal in behavior, communication and work. All matters of the Club must be resolved in a clear and transparent manner.

- Debate: debate helps to build and contribute ideas to develop (positive conflict)
- Responsibility: be responsible for the tasks of the club, members, individuals, etc.
Remind each other to complete the tasks.
- Commitment: Committing to respect the collective agreement of the club and the other members.
- Awareness: having awareness of the results of the collective (each individual doing something will influence the collective), learn the way to become good listener when there are individuals presenting their idea.

- Always sending the reply email whenever receiving any information or announcement
- Resolving the problem according to the principle of 5W 1H.

- The problem must be resolved.
- Note:
- Get to the point to find a solution.
- Do not criticize other individuals or organizations for the problem.
- Information security:
- Keep records, data, plans, groups, clubs, etc. confidential.
- Do not spread the internal conflict outwards.
- Diplomatic policy:
• For lecturers: Respectful, polite, not solved problems with teachers, but have to ask your peers.
• For other team clubs: Respect, listen, work in clear manner (no ambiguous answer).
- Achievement through the years: The Ton Duc Thang University MC was established in 2016 with the core of the Top 24 Candidates in the MC Contest of Ton Duc Thang University in 2016.
+ The club became MCs in the program of the university, the faculties as well as the events outside the university in 2017-2018 such as the program of becoming internship student at Ton Duc Thang University in 24 hours, TDT Games 2017, 2018, the 2018 International Cultural Day, Sharing about business and Startup, Vietnamese traditional music show, 2018 Gala, Final round of “The startup of me” contest.
+ MC Pham Nguyen Bach Tran was in the top 18 students in the “En sinh vien 2018” contest.
2. Information:
- Time and place for club’s activity: Every Tuesday from 18:30 to 20:30 at Ton Duc Thang University classroom.

3. Registration:
- The club recruits members at the beginning of every 1st semester . There are four rounds: filing, auditioning, editing and confrontation.
- Clubs will organize workshops for members inside and outside the club to improve their professional skills as well as communication skills.
