According to Decree No. 81/2021/NĐ-CP and Decree No. 97/2023/NĐ-CP issued by the Government, which regulate tuition collection and management, tuition exemption and reduction policies, financial support for students, and education service pricing within the national education system:

2. Tuition Exemption/Reduction Level: Students eligible for tuition exemption or reduction shall follow the provisions of Government Decree No. 81/2021/NĐ-CP dated August 27, 2021, and Decree No. 97/2023/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2023.
3. Notes:
- Students eligible for tuition exemption/reduction only need to submit one set of documents at the beginning of their studies. However, students from poor/near-poor households must resubmit confirmation documents at the beginning of each semester.
- Students receiving tuition exemption/reduction benefits are entitled to a maximum of 10 months per academic year and may receive up to two disbursements per year.
- Students who are disciplined, suspended, expelled, retaking courses, or taking additional courses will not receive retroactive compensation for tuition exemption/reduction.
- Students eligible for multiple financial aid policies with similar nature will only receive the highest benefit.
- Tuition exemption/reduction is not applicable if the student has already received it at another institution of the same level and program.
- Tuition exemption/reduction only applies to the official semesters of the training program; not applicable for retaken courses, summer semesters, or audit terms (if any).
- Upon receiving funding from the State budget, the University will notify students via the student information system.
