Managing negative emotions

In our daily life, we all have to face bad emotions such as anger, frustration, fear, and so on. These types of negative emotions adversely impact each person's life. Therefore, people must learn how to face and master their own negative emotions.

When negative emotions appear, listen to its message and deal with it immediately. The lecture "Mastering negative emotions" will give listeners necessary theoretical and practical knowledge to manage their emotions. This is a method of treating the mind and helping the mind settle down. When the mind is safe, one will consider all things under the eyes of a more discerning and optimistic person.
