With a lively, humorous but no less profound way of speaking, Dr. Dao Le Hoa An led students from very familiar concepts such as "communication via social networks", "commenting on Facebook", ... to larger issues such as digital ethics, interactive culture and personal responsibility in cyberspace. The sharing session was not simply a lecture on skills but also an emotional dialogue about how students - young digital citizens - need to behave civilly and responsibly in the online world. Real-life situations, common "stumbles" of young people on social networks, and positive stories about using technology to spread kindness were shared in a genuine way, strongly inspiring students. Many students expressed a change in perception after the seminar, realizing that their communication behavior in the digital environment not only reflects their personality but also contributes to shaping their personal image, even affecting their future learning, work and social relationships.
