Class President Training for the 2025 - 2026 School Year

On the morning of November 22, 2025, Ton Duc Thang University organized a training session for Class Presidents for the 2025 - 2026 school year, attracting the participation of more than 300 Class Presidents from various Faculties to share and discuss through two key topics: "Promoting the role of Class Presidents" and "Skills to grasp and reflect on the situation of students in the classroom".

The training session was organized to implement the Student Affairs Regulations and deploy the Student Affairs Plan for the 2025 - 2026 school year. This is an activity to strengthen and improve the capacity of Class Presidents in managing, monitoring, grasping and supporting students in the classroom.

TOPIC 1: PROMOTING THE ROLE OF CLASS REGISTRAR

Attending the training session, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung - Assistant Head of the Student Affairs Department, Head of the Skills Training Department took on the role of reporter for the topic: "Promoting the role of Class President". With a friendly communication style, she helped the Class Presidents better understand the position, role and importance of the Class President in accompanying, supporting and developing the class.
Not only sharing theoretical content, she also organized many direct interactive activities such as situation exchange, group discussion and quick feedback to help students actively participate, share experiences and solve common problems in the process of running the class, helping the Class Presidents easily absorb and apply them immediately in practice.

TOPIC 2: SKILLS TO GRASP AND REFLECT STUDENT SITUATION IN THE CLASS

In topic 2: "Skills to grasp and reflect the situation of students in class", Master Duong Trong Phuc - Vice Principal of Doan Ly Tu Trong School accompanied the Class President in the role of reporter. With an energetic, witty but profound style, he brought to the Class Presidents a new and lively perspective on the skills of observation, analysis, problem identification and effective two-way communication.

With inspiring practical stories, the teacher created a lively atmosphere, helping the Class Leaders easily access the content, boldly discuss and actively participate in the activities right at the training session.
The Class Leaders training session for the 2025 - 2026 school year ended with many positive meanings, leaving a deep impression on all the participating students. The shared content and experiences from the teachers not only helped the Class Leaders improve their management and operation capacity but also added a sense of responsibility, confidence and enthusiasm in supporting students in the class.
Believing that with the knowledge acquired at the training session, the Class Leaders team will continue to promote their core role, contributing to building a positive, cohesive and professional learning environment in the new school year.
