Topic: “Presentation Skills and Building Self-Confidence”

On the morning of April 22, 2026, at Hall 6M, the Student Affairs Department of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) organized a workshop on "Presentation Skills and Building Confidence," attracting over 500 students. The program aimed to equip students with essential communication and public speaking skills, while also contributing to increased self-confidence and self-expression in their studies, work, and life.

The program was led by Ms. Pham Ngoc Phuong Anh, First Runner-up of Miss Vietnam 2020 and Lecturer at RMIT University Vietnam. With her approachable and energetic style, the speaker delivered valuable insights on presentation skills, building confidence, and mastering emotions when speaking in front of a crowd. Through real-life stories and personal experiences, the speaker helped students understand that self-confidence is a skill that can be cultivated daily through perseverance and a proactive approach to self-improvement.

In addition, the program also featured a Q&A session with Miss Nguyen Ngoc Kieu Duy. Her sincere and relatable sharing provided students with many positive perspectives on building self-confidence, personal strength, and how to express themselves in public. Through her practical experiences, she inspired students to boldly step out of their comfort zones, believe in their own worth, and continuously improve themselves.

Through the sharing and interactive activities at the program, students not only gained access to essential skills but also had the opportunity to reflect on themselves, better understand common psychological barriers, and gradually learn how to overcome their own limitations. Many students said that the program provided positive motivation, helping them feel more confident in their studies and in their personal development journey.

The workshop on "Presentation Skills and Building Confidence" was not only a beneficial activity for students but also contributed to spreading the spirit of proactive learning, confidence, and resilience of TDTU youth. The program concluded in a lively atmosphere with many memorable moments and positive energy spreading to the participating students. We believe that the knowledge and stories shared in the workshop will become meaningful tools to help students become more confident on their learning journey, training, and self-affirmation in the future.
