Nurture inner strength with the theme "Developing Your Inner Power"
To create an environment that helps students build a healthy lifestyle, manage their time scientifically, and balance their studies with mental health, on the morning of November 12, 2025, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) organized a workshop on "Developing Inner Strength," attracting more than 500 students.

During the workshop, students were introduced to practical content revolving around cultivating positive energy, maintaining emotional balance, and enhancing self-awareness. Real-life scenarios were integrated throughout, allowing learners to easily reflect on themselves: How to overcome fatigue and pressure in studies? How to react when facing failure or expectations from others? And most importantly, how to regain motivation when feeling stuck or lost?
The lively discussions and exchanges provided opportunities for students to freely share their opinions, recount their personal stories, and collaboratively find solutions to common psychological issues in the learning environment. As a result, the program created a friendly, open, and warm atmosphere, making everyone feel heard and understood.

From these experiences, students gradually realized that "inner strength" is not something inherent, but rather the result of daily training, observation, and growth. Knowing how to listen to emotions, understanding one's own limitations, and maintaining a positive attitude are the foundations for becoming more resilient in the face of challenges. Many shared that the workshop helped them learn to slow down, observe themselves more, appreciate simple things, and find joy in the small values of everyday life.

This activity also contributes to the concretization of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3 (SDG 3): "Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all ages."

The workshop concluded in a relaxed atmosphere, with many students leaving feeling more confident and determined to continue their learning and self-improvement journey. This is because inner strength doesn't come from absolute power, but from the ability to understand oneself, accept limitations, and persistently strive for daily improvement.
