Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) celebrated the 39th anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day.

On the morning of November 19, 2021, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) celebrated the 39th anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day. The program was held at Hall 2A, combined with an online platform and livestreamed on the University's Youtube channel.

Attending the ceremony and congratulating the teachers were Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang - Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; The teachers are members of the Founding Council, School Council, Board of Directors and leaders of units under TDTU. Teachers, staff and students attended via online connection.

Many agencies and units have sent flowers to congratulate the school. Due to the epidemic situation, many units have arranged to attend the ceremony online instead of going in person.

At the ceremony, the school also screened a video reviewing the 24-year journey of establishment and development, emphasizing that the achievements achieved today are thanks to the dedicated dedication of many generations of teachers. The school also organized a golden ceremony for teachers who have been with the school for 20, 15 and 10 years.

Although TDTU's students and alumni could not meet to express their gratitude to their teachers, they still fully expressed the students' deep feelings for their teachers. By sending many short films, cultural performances and emotional speeches, the students made the atmosphere of the ceremony more emotional and meaningful.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang congratulated all teachers and officials of the University. He acknowledged the achievements that TDTU has achieved in the past 24 years and wished that the leaders, teachers and students would continue to make efforts to bring Ton Duc Thang University to greater development. On its side, the General Confederation will continue to create the best conditions for the school to develop sustainably under the autonomy mechanism.
